Ohhhh BABIES!

The presence of babies is a very ordinary thing in my life, personally and professionally.

Since I was 19, my West Coast pals (guys and dolls alike) have been getting hitched and popping out offspring all over the place. In fact, quite of few of them are either baking or making their 2nd child now and their younger siblings are walking down the aisle and planning for their future families! Yowza. Unfortunately, since I've lived on the East Coast for the past 3+ yrs, I don't get much playtime with the little bundles. My friends having babies is a common occurance, but me having access to those babies isn't.

But, oh how things just took a turn for the best!!!!!! Now my NYC friends are getting married and pro-creating and I have an ALL-ACCESS pass to the baby loving and spoiling. Yessssss!!!!!

This past week was especially busy. I had 2 close locals give birth 3 days apart and a childhood friend who I've known since I was about 13 have her first cutie a week after. ( She's a West Coaster but still worth a blog nod) I have a lot of names, dates, sizes, and genders to keep track of and I'm loving every minute!

First up....
John Alexander Forman III (aka Xander)

The oldest of the trio, (and the only boy--no fighting girls!), and the first child of my dear friend Karley (aka Baby Mama)

and her Hub of Love, Al (aka Big Papa)

While we LOVE HIM TO BITS, Xander's a little colicky so when he sleeps we pretend he's baby Jesus, cause when he's awake he's a little Devil! ;P

Sister to 2yr old Adeline**

and 2nd baby girl to my Montreal-met friend of 7yrs Aubrey and hubster Col**.
